Timberland approached us with a product idea they had been holding onto for years. The goal was simple on paper and difficult in practice. A Halloween basket shaped after their iconic six inch boot, produced in the thousands, and ready for retail distribution.
We sourced the factory partners, handled all technical documentation, and guided the full development process. A full color molded sample was created to explore the idea in detail. The final retail version was produced in white with a glow in the dark finish. Showing both variations proves our ability to execute high fidelity color molding as well as specialized material treatments.
Thousands of units were completed and shipped to Timberland’s regional warehouses across the United States. Stores and stockists used them as gifts with purchase in time for Halloween.
Our scope included tech packing, materials, 3D design oversight, sampling coordination, product testing, production management, and logistics from China to each region.
Quiet execution. Clear results.
